Introduction to SRG Guide Mechanism Double Roller
Application Description:
The SRG series drive guide mechanism includes a set of servo drivers and a set of guide mechanisms. The guide mechanism is composed of a guide roller, a V-shaped motion support, and fixed accessories. The guide roller is driven by the driver and rotates with a virtual pivot point based on the geometric trajectory determined by the V-shaped motion support, causing the lateral position of the strip material passing through the guide mechanism to change due to changes in lateral friction force and cross-sectional tension distribution.
